About the volunteering opportunity
Our partner, the social start-up Volunteer Vision, trains and connects employees as online mentors with mentees in need around the world. Together with Pfizer, Volunteer Vision is looking for interested colleagues who
- provide advice to socially disadvantaged people in Germany and support their entry into working life.
- or help improve the German language skills of refugees.
Your Tasks
Your volunteering takes place entirely online, through the Volunteer Vision platform. You will be prepared online for your assignment as an online mentor, Volunteer Vision will then find a young person based on your preferences and you will receive materials on the basis of which you can hold your online sessions with your mentee.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
All you need is a notebook, a stable internet connection and some courage to get involved with the supposedly unknown.
